You can choose the payment method that suits you when placing an order.
We also accept express payments via Apple Pay and bank transfers.
If you do not receive your entire order, it is possible that we only sent part of it because the other part was slightly delayed or because your order contained both items available for express delivery and items that are not.
Please check your emails. You will receive each time a confirmation of dispatch with the tracking number of the package and the product(s) contained in the latter upon shipment.
If the delivery time indicated in the choice of delivery method has elapsed since receipt of the dispatch confirmation email and you still have not received your order, do not hesitate to contact us in order to find a solution (contact the carrier, return in case of loss of the package, etc.).
